Turn Off Windows Firewall:
1) Just press Windows key on Windows 8
2) Move cursor to Right corner a small window will open just Search Control Panel
3) Open Control Panel and Click on Windows Firewall in System and Security.
4) Choose "Turn Windows Firewall on or off." Click the radio button for "Turn off Windows firewall (not recommended)" under both "Home or work (private) network location settings" and "Public network location settings." Click "OK."
