Hi friends here i am sharing a method to format Pendrive or any other USB Drives using Command Prompt.now a days everybody using PenDrive to share data,but sometimes we want to format Pendrive but due to virus attacts its unable to format,so here is one method to format pendrive easily.

How to Format Pendrive Using Command Prompt:
Step 1: First connect your device to pc.
Step 2: Backup your all important data from Pendrive.
Step 3: Now Click on Start > Run  (You can also use Windows + R shortcut )
Step 4: Enter cmd in Run Window.
Step 5: Command Prompt Window will open.

Step 6: Type Format J:
(J is drive letter it may be different in your case so replace with the drive letter)

Step 7: Then press Enter
Step 8: System will ask you that you want to format or not, press Y for Yes and N for No.
Step 9: Press Y and your drive will format in few minutes.
